Ordering & Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my order? The total estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days. This is broken down as follows:
- Order Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process and pack your order.
- Transit Time: 3-5 business days for the carrier to deliver your package.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Where do you ship to? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
3. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status. You can also use the Track Your Order
page on our website for updates. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
4. How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. When will my order be processed? Our team processes orders during our business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MDT). Orders placed after 5:00 PM MDT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day free return policy. You can return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a full refund and provide a prepaid label for you to return the faulty item.
5. How do I exchange an item? The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the correct product. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
