Shipping Policy

At Trumbloom, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order.


1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to fulfill orders to international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


2. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

Our delivery timeline is the total of our order handling time and the transit time of our shipping partners.

Timeline Component Duration Description
Order Handling Time 1-2 Business Days Time to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
Transit Time 3-5 Business Days Time for the carrier to deliver the package from our warehouse to your door.
Total Estimated Delivery 6-8 Business Days The total estimated time from when you place your order to when it arrives.

Please Note: “Business Days” are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States.

Detailed Breakdown:

  • Order Handling (1-2 Business Days): Orders are processed during our operating hours. Once your payment is confirmed, our team will pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.
  • Transit (3-5 Business Days): After your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it will be in transit for an additional 3-5 business days.

3. Business Hours & Order Fulfillment

Our team operates and processes orders during the following hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MDT)

Orders placed after 5:00 PM MDT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. This is factored into the overall handling time.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.
